This attribute defines whether "user=phone" and "phone-context" parameter shall be corrected by ST AS in the received URI. "user=phone" is added if it is missing in the SIP embedded Tel URI. "phone-context" is added if it is missing in the SIP embedded Tel URI or Tel URI that contains a local number. If URI contains a global number then superfluous "phone-context" is removed.
