The MtasXdmsCai3gUser MO supports the configuration of CAI3G user's and their passwords and is
described in Table 40. The user name is entered as the key of the MtasXdmsCai3gUser MO.
The MtasXdmsCai3gUser MO represents a user of the CAI3G interface. There is one instance for each user of the
CAI3G interface. These are contained in the MtasXdms MO.
