The Provisioning LDAP server can be configured over the COM NBIs.
The exact DN for the LDAP server in the ECIM configuration tree is application-dependent, because each application that uses Provisioning LDAP server mounts the ProvisioningM subtree directly or indirectly below the top MO class of the application, which inherits from the ManagedFunction ECIM class.

This MO is created by the system.

`string[0..1] noNotification readOnly`	`dnSuffix` The DN suffix for the provisioning LDAP server (read only).
`NodeCredential[0..1] noNotification`	`nodeCredential` MO reference to a valid NodeCredential instance configured in the CertM fragment. The server is not reachable until this attribute is set.
`int64[0..1] noNotification readOnly`	`port` The port number over which the LDAP server listens (read only).
`string key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`provisioningServerId` The key attribute is the ID of the server (value: provisioning).
`int64[0..1] noNotification readOnly`	`sslPort` The SSL port number over which the LDAP server listens (read only).
`TrustCategory[0..1] noNotification`	`trustCategory` MO reference to a valid TrustCategory instance configured in the CertM fragment.
