This attribute defines whether the Virtual Telephony Provider (VTP) wants to use the values of the corresponding Operating Telephony Provider (OTP) attributes in MtasCpc.
As VtasCpc does not have any attributes beside the vtasCpcAdministrativeState and vtasCpcDropBack does not affect the administrative state, this attribute has no effect.
