This attribute defines the administrative state of the CW service.
- When UNLOCKED (1), CW is active and will be provided to all subscribers with an active subscription.
- When LOCKED (0), CW service will not be provided.
Dependencies: The vtasCwAdministrativeState attribute must not be set to the value 1 (Unlocked) unless the vtasUCacAdministrativeState attribute is set to the value 1 (Unlocked) or the vtasCwOperateMode attribute is set to the value 2 (ALTERNATE_MODE_2) or 4 (MOBILE_CW) or 5 (MOBILE_CW_ALTERNATE_MODE_1). The relative values of vtasCDivTimer and vtasCwAlertTimer determine whether Call Forward No Reply or CW takes precedence. The timer with the smaller value will take precedence.

This attribute defines whether the Virtual Telephony Provider (VTP) want to use the values of the corresponding Operating Telephony Provider (OTP) attributes in MtasCw.
When this attribute is set to "Use own values", the initial values of the other attributes in VtasCw are all set to the values of the corresponding attributes in MtasCw,
and the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of VtasCw.
When this attribute is set to "Use OTP values", the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of MtasCw.

This attribute defines the mode to be used when CW is used. This controls a number of specific features which do not form part of the generic service. This attribute is only modified when the MTAS is initially deployed. Modification following system deployment will result in modified message sequences which may impact traffic.
Dependencies: The vtasCwOperateMode attribute can only be set to 2 (ALTERNATE_MODE_2) or 4 (MOBILE_CW) or 5 (MOBILE_CW_ALTERNATE_MODE_1) when vtasCwAdministrativeState attributes is set to the value 0 (Locked). Takes effect: New session
