This type represents a timestamp containing only hours, minutes and secunds in the following format: hh:mm[:ss[.xxx]]. The hour can be more than 24 hours, so the merge of tspTime with tspDate to tspDateTime is not always simple. The length of the datas can be sortened, if needed. (leading zeros are not mandatory)
