The MtasCb MO represents the Communication Barring (CB) service in an MTAS node.
To activate the CB service, perform the following step:
- Set the mtasCbAdministrativeState attribute to UNLOCKED (1).


This MO is created by the system.

This attribute defines the primary key of MtasCb and this section describes the MtasCb attributes.
BasicAdmState
mtasCbAdministrativeState = LOCKED
This attribute defines the administrative state of the MtasCb MO, and is used to lock or unlock all the subfunctions (ICB, ACR, and OCB) of the Communication Barring function.
- When LOCKED (0), new incoming and outgoing sessions cannot be barred.
- When UNLOCKED (1), new incoming and outgoing sessions can be barred.

mtasCbLocationInTransitMode = DEPEND_ON_HSS_QUERY
Not used in this release. This attribute defines the behaviour of the served user current location in TRANSIT MODE for Out going communication barring Rule evalaution.if set to 0, MMTEL fetch the location of the user from HSS. If set to 1, MMTEL AS set the served user current location as Home Location.
