The MtasChargingProfileOmit MO provides attributes by which it is possible to control which AVPs should be omitted from charging messages sent from MTAS.

Attributes
`MtasChargingProfileOmitDT key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`mtasChargingProfileOmit` This attribute is the primary key of MtasChargingProfileOmit and defines the vendor id applicable for this MO.
