This attribute defines the destination host to use for the Sh application.
For Normal Registration Mode:
If there is more than one HSS in the network, then the destination host must be left empty.
If there is only one HSS in the network, then the destination host must be configured to the HSS host. Example: hss1.hss.ericsson.se
