This attribute controls the behavior of the Network Announcement Service. When set to version 0 (initial version) the legacy behavior of network announcement service is active i.e matching of telephone numbers in local format includes the phone context parameter. When set to version 1, matching of telephone numbers in local format only includes the digits, the phone-context parameter is not included. It is recommended to set this attribute to the highest version.
