mtasNp
This attribute is the primary key of MtasNp and this section describes the MtasNp attributes.
BasicAdmState
mtasNpAdministrativeState = LOCKED
This attribute defines the administrative state of the Number Portability (NP) service. If the administrative state is locked the SIP INVITE requests shall not trigger NP service.

Takes effect: New session
MtasNpAnnFailIgnEstCallDT
mtasNpAnnFailureIgnored = STOP_ESTABLISHING_THE_CALL
This attribute defines the behavior of Number Portability (NP) service when playing an NP announcement has failed because of media resource problems. Based on its value, MTAS will either stop or continue establishing the call to a ported subscriber.

Takes effect: New session
MtasNpAnnForcedPlayNpAnnDT
mtasNpAnnForced = NO_NP_ANNOUNCEMENT
This attribute defines the behavior of Number Portability (NP) service in MTAS. Based on its value, on a SIP INVITE containing "rn" and "npdi" parameters MTAS either playes the NP annoucement corresponding to the received Routing Number (RN) or not.

Takes effect: New session
MtasString0to255DT[0..50] nonUnique
mtasNpBNumberList
This attribute defines a list of strings where each string represents called party number, for which Number Portability will play an announcement. Each string in this list, specifies the regular expression used for matching.

Takes effect: New session
MtasNpControlDT
mtasNpControl = UNLOCK_FOR_ORIGINATING_MTAS
This attribute is used to unlock or lock the Number Portability (NP) Service. The NP service can be unlocked for Originating MTAS only, for Terminating MTAS only, or for both Originating and Terminating MTAS.

Takes effect: New session
MtasString0to255DT[0..50] nonUnique
mtasNpRnAndAnn
This attribute defines the list of strings where each string represents a Routing Number (Rn) and an announcement key association. Each string in this list, specifies the regular expression in the format Rn|ann=<generic announcement name> for matching

Takes effect: New session
MtasNpRnBeforeNpLookupDT
mtasNpRnBeforeNpLookup = SUPPRESS_NP_LOOKUP
This attribute is used to configure the behavior of Number Portability (NP) service in Originating MTAS following the receipt of SIP INVITE containing "rn" parameter without corresponding "npdi" parameter whether to perform NP lookup and to convey the NP-related information to the charging system (PERFORM_NP_LOOKUP) or not (SUPPRESS_NP_LOOKUP).

Takes effect: New session
MtasNpSubscriptionDefaultBehaviorDT
mtasNpSubscriptionDefaultBehavior = NP_ANN_ACTIVE
This attribute is used to determine the behavior of Number Portability Announcement Function when served user is not subscribed to Number Portability Annoucement. - If set to 0 (NP_ANN_ACTIVE) then Number Portability Announcement is played, if NP annoucement preconstions are met.- If set to 1 (NP_ANN_INACTIVE) then Number Portability Announcement is not played for the served user.

Dependencies: None
Takes effect: New session
OperState
mtasNpUriModification = ENABLED
Not Used.This attribute defines the behavior of Number Portability (NP) service for outgoing communication in MTAS following the receipt of SIP INVITE, If value is set to 1 (enabled) NP Service modifies the R-URI with the 'rn' and 'npdi' , if set to 0 (disabled) R-URI is not modified by adding 'rn' and 'npdi'
