mtasSrvcc
This attribute is the primary key of MtasSrvcc and this section describes the MtasSrvcc attributes.
BasicAdmState
mtasSrvccAdministrativeState = LOCKED
This attribute is used to set/change the administrative state of the Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) service.
- When UNLOCKED (1), SRVCC is active and will be provided to all subscribers.
- When LOCKED (0), the SRVCC service will not be provided.

Dependencies: The mtasSrvccStnSr needs to be set (not empty) before the service can be UNLOCKED (1).

Takes effect: New session
BasicAdmState
mtasSrvccAlerting = LOCKED
This attribute defines the SRVCC support for calls in alerting state in MTAS.
When UNLOCKED (1), calls anchored in SCC AS in alerting state will be subject for access transfer when an INVITE due to access transfer is received from MSC.
It is assumed that all MSC Servers in the network where the UE is registered which can be involved in the SRVCC procedures support SRVCC for calls in alerting phase.

Dependencies: When UNLOCKED (1), the SCC AS URI (mtasSrvccSccAsUri) must be configured and mtasSrvccOriginatingPreAlerting attribute must be disabled before this attribute is LOCKED (0).
Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccAtuStiDT[0..1]
mtasSrvccAtuSti
This attribute is used to set/change the ATU-STI value (SIP URI or E.164 international number) assigned to the SCC AS node that is used for initiating access transfer using Single Radio Voice Call Continuity.

Dependencies: The mtasSrvccAdministrativeState must be LOCKED (0) in order to allow change. The value must differ from SCC AS URI (mtasSrvccSccAsUri) and STN-SR (mtasSrvccStnSr).
Takes effect: New session
MtasTimerSec00000to000060DT
mtasSrvccByeDelayTime = 8
This attribute is used to set/change the value of the timer that is used to delay the BYE request containing Reason header with protocol "SIP" and reason parameter "cause" with value "503" as defined in 12.3.3.2 in 3GPP TS 24.237.

Takes effect: New session
MtasTimerSec00000to000060DT
mtasSrvccCancelDelayTime = 8
This attribute is used in SRVCC to set/change the value of the timer that is used to delay the CANCEL request from PS domain containing Reason header with protocol "SIP" and reason parameter "cause" with value "503" as defined in 3GPP TS 24.237 IMS Service continuity.

Takes effect: New session
MtasTimerSec00000to000060DT
mtasSrvccFallbackTime = 8
This attribute is used to set/change the value of the timer that is used to delay the termination of the source access leg in case of successful access transfer using Single Radio Voice Call Continuity procedures as defined in 12.3.1 in 3GPP TS 24.237.

Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccMediaCheckDT
mtasSrvccMediaCheck = CURR_MEDIA_CHECK
This attribute defines the mode of media check during R10 SRVCC access transfer. When disabled, the audio media comparison between negotiated SDP and new SDP offer in the access transfer INVITE from ATCF is skipped. The Full Media Comparision ( FULL_MEDIA_CHECK) shall not be used .

Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccMediaCheckAttributesDT[0..3] nonUnique
mtasSrvccMediaCheckAttributes
This attribute defines the media attributes that shall be compared between currently used media and SRVCC access transfer media.

Dependencies: None
Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccMediaCheckBandwidthDT[0..3]
mtasSrvccMediaCheckBandwidth
This attribute defines the bandwidth types for which the bandwidth value shall be compared between currently used media and SRVCC access transfer media where 0=AS, 1=RS, 2=RR.

Dependencies: None
Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccMidCallDT
mtasSrvccMidCall = MID_CALL_LOCKED
This attribute defines the support for MSC assisted Mid-call feature in SRVCC service in SCC AS. When UNLOCKED (1), the SC UE has indicated support for Mid-call during session anchoring, and awareness that all MSCs in the serving network supports Mid-call, then SRVCC Mid-call feature is applied in SCC AS when access transfer INVITE is received.

Dependencies: When UNLOCKED (1), the SCC AS URI (mtasSrvccSccAsUri) must be configured.
Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccOriginatingPreAlertingDT
mtasSrvccOriginatingPreAlerting = ORIG_PREALERT_SRVCC_DISABLED
This attribute defines the SRVCC support for calls in pre-alerting state at originating side in MTAS.
When enabled, calls anchored in SCC AS in pre-alerting state will be subject for access transfer when an INVITE due to access transfer is received from MSC.It is assumed that all MSC Servers in the network where the UE is registered which can be involved in the SRVCC procedures support SRVCC for calls in pre-alerting phase.

Dependencies: mtasSrvccAlerting and mtasSrvccR12Support attribute must be enabled and the SCC AS URI (mtasSrvccSccAsUri) and mtasSrvccAlerting must be configured before enabling this attribute.
Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccR12SupportDT
mtasSrvccR12Support = SRVCC_3GPP_RELEASE12_SUPPORT_DISABLED
This attribute is used to control the backward compatibility of 3GPP release 12 compatible SR-VCC feature support in MTAS.

Dependencies: mtasSrvccOriginatingPreAlerting attribute must be disabled before disabling this attribute. Can enable mtasSrvccR12Support only when mtasSrvccSccAsUri is set.
Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccSccAsUriDT[0..1]
mtasSrvccSccAsUri
This attribute is used to set/change the SCC AS URI (SIP URI) that is used as PSI when transferring additional sessions (held and alerting) during SRVCC access transfer procedure.

Dependencies: The mtasSrvccAdministrativeState must be LOCKED (0) in order to allow change. The attribute must be set when SCC AS supports SRVCC for mid-call (mtasSrvccMidCall=1), or alerting calls (mtasSrvccAlerting=1). The value must differ from ATU-STI (mtasSrvccAtuSti) and STN-SR (mtasSrvccStnSr).
Takes effect: New session
MtasSrvccStnSrDT[0..1]
mtasSrvccStnSr
This attribute is used to set/change the STN-SR value assigned to the SCC AS node that is used for initiating access transfer using Single Radio Voice Call Continuity R9 procedures. It must be in E.164 format.

Dependencies: The mtasSrvccAdministrativeState must be LOCKED (0) in order to allow change. The value must differ from SCC AS URI (mtasSrvccSccAsUri) and ATU-STI (mtasSrvccAtuSti).
Takes effect: New session
