This attribute defines the administrative state of the MtasStCDiv MO. Controls the abilities of the node to evaluate the configured diversion rules.

This attribute defines the global Communication Forwarding black list for the node. It is a list of strings and each entry is substring matched with the target URI in the diversion rule. Whenthere is a match the change to the diversion rule is disallowed.
Each entry is a substring matched by Outgoing Communication Barring (OCB) with the request URI in the diverted SIP INVITE request. Whenthere is a match, the diverted communication is barred.

This attribute defines the value of the operator named announcement to be played to the calling party when a call is forwarded.

The attribute is used to disable or enable the support for the no-fork SIP directive.
When disabled MTAS is transparent to the no-fork directive and when enabled MTAS will act on the directive.
