This attribute defines the Carrier Select Code (CSC) used to select the carrier. The string consists of the Carrier Access Code (CAC) followed by the Carrier Identification Code (CICc) as received in the Request-URI. The CAC is the dial around digits "010" and varies from country to country the string consists of CAC followed by the CIC value, that is 010(x)yz. This attribute is the key for the mtasStCsRnCsc class.
