1 Alarm Description
The alarm is raised when the Crash Dump and Console Log Collection Service (CDCLSv) packing process does not finish within the configured time.

- The alarm is automatically cleared when a subsequent execution of the CDCLSv packer finishes within the configured time-out.
2 Procedure
2.1 Handle Alarm LemCDCLSv, Operation Execution Timeout
Prerequisites
- No documents are required.
- No tools are required.
- Before starting this procedure, ensure that the following
condition is met:
- The alarm is raised.
Steps
- Is the alarm automatically cleared within the configured
time-out?
Yes: Proceed with Step 6.
No: Continue with the next step.
- Display the current time-out value, for example:
>cdclsv-get-timeout cdclsPk=vDicos,cdcls=CDCLSvSite
The following is an example output:
1000
- Set a higher time-out value in seconds, for example:
>cdclsv-set-timeout cdclsPk=vDicos,cdcls=CDCLSvSite 1500
The following is an example output:
Timeout is set to 1500 for cdclsPk=vDicos,cdcls=CDCLSvSite
- Is the alarm cleared?
Yes: Proceed with Step 6.
No: Continue with the next step.
- Contact the next level of maintenance support. Further actions are outside the scope of this Operating Instruction.
- Job is completed.
