Attributes
`integerKeyString key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`cscfSipOverloadControlGroupId` This is the key attribute of the CscfSipOverloadControlGroup containing groups of Sip Overload Control parameters. One instance of the CscfSipOverloadControlGroup with the key cscfSipOverloadControlGroupId=0 is created at startup. It is impossible to create new instances. This instance cannot be deleted. Takes effect: ChangeTypeRebootType
