Enables configuration of the LogM general properties.
This is the root MO for the log management fragment.
It contains various parameters concerning the log management service.

This MO is created by the system.

`string key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`logMId` This is the identity for the LogM, it does not affect the file transfer and default value is 1.
`ManagedObject[0..1]`	`nodeCredential` NodeCredential associated with CertM (optional).
`ManagedObject[0..1]`	`trustCategory` trustCategory associated with CertM (optional).
