This is Managed Object Class for Performance Management Configuration.

Attributes
`string key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`cscfPmConfigId` This is the key attribute of the CscfPmConfig class containing Performance Management parameters. One instance of the CscfPmConfig class with the key cscfPmConfigId=default is created at startup. It is NOT possible to create new instances. The default instance cannot be deleted.
`boolean`	`scscfMediaTypeCountersEnabled = false` This attribute is used to configure if media type counters should be incremented or not in S-CSCF.
