EcimDerivedString with length (0..255) constraint and pattern restriction (DISABLED|ENUM|ENABLED).

DISABLED - CIC is not sent to BGCF and is not used in the routing analysis in the BGCF.
ENUM - The CIC is sent to BGCF for routing analysis only if it is received from an ENUM server.
ENABLED - The CIC is sent to BGCF for routing analysis if it comes from either an ENUM server or if it comes in the SIP request (which can be from the AS or from the client).
