This is Managed Object Class for CSCF Operator Allocated Domain Range List

They are applied to incoming requests addressing a SIP user and will be evaluated the same way as subdomain-based routing. One instance of the CscfOperatorAllocatedDomainRangeListClass with the key cscfOperatorAllocatedDomainRangeList=0 is created at startup. This instance cannot be deleted. No other instances can be created of this class.
