Syntax: <priority>:<group>[,group]*[;<priority>:<group>[,group]*]*
Each >priority> represents a SIP Overload Control priority level where the values are in the range of 0 (highest) - 15 (lowest).
Each >group> represents a group of SIP requests. The possible groups are: "Emergency" (emergency calls); "RphWpsX" (priority calls where X is in the range of 0 (highest) - 4 (lowest), defined by the wps value in the RPH header); "Inside" (In-Dialogue Requests); "Default" (All other requests). Groups with higher priorities are not subject to traffic reduction except when all SIP requests in the other groups with lower priorities have been rejected and further reduction is still needed.
Each priority and group can only be specified once.
