EcimDerivedString with length constraint (1..48) and pattern restriction. Allowed values are http or sip.
http - HTTP based Ml interface.
sip - SIP based Ml Interface.
Note:
1) When EcscfMlInterface setting is changed from “http” to “sip”, the existing value in EcscfDefaultPSAPNumber is checked against empty or international telephone number, if there is non-compliance, the setting change on EcscfMlInterface will be rejected.
2) Before configuring EcscfMlInterface=http, the value of EcscfDialogEventEnabled must be set to “false”.
