EcimDerivedString with length (0..255) constraint.
Must be in the format p0:<val_0> ; p1:<val_1> ;...; p4:<val_4> ; ec:<val_5> ; nc:<val_6>
px is the external Priority Level of the call (where x is in the range of 0 (highest) - 4 (lowest), defined by the wps value in the RPH header).
ec is used to define an internal priority level to Emergency Calls
nc is used to define an internal priority level to Normal Calls (without priority indication in the RPH header).
val_0 - val_6 are internal priority level values (where the internal priority level values are in the range of 19 (highest) - 0 (lowest)).
Identical values may be entered for val_0 - val_6.
