Supported Result Output Period (ROP) filename timestamp formats.

`0`	`LOCAL_WITH_UTC_OFFSET` Filename timestamp expressed as NE local time with UTC offset. The Starttime and Endtime fields in the filename are expressed according to 3GPP TS 32.432, as NE local time with UTC offset. This is the recommended setting.
`1`	`UTC_NO_OFFSET` Filename timestamp expressed as UTC time with no offset. The Starttime and Endtime fields in the filename are expressed as UTC time with no offset.
