Run Putty/TeraTerm with the settings 19200, 8, N, 1, no flow control 
2. Connect the programming cable to radio and power it up normally  
3. Press enter twice to ensure a “*” prompt  
4. Type the following commands: 


 cmd 0  Put the radio into test mode
 cmd 9 0  display the current TCXO alignment value:
 cmd 70 <frequency>   set the transmit frequency
 where <frequency> = The desired Tx Frequency in Hertz
 cmd 74 1  to key it on this frequency:
 cmd 9 <value> where <value> = TCXO increment or decrement. This 
 number will add to or subtract from the previously read 
 TCXO alignment value.
 cmd 74 0   to unkey 
 cmd 29   Save the new TCXO alignment value
 >>> POWER CYCLE RADIO <<<
