<p>If the DFCA frequencies are divided into several DFCA MA lists and there
will be adjacent frequencies between the lists, the division must be made
in a regular manner.</p>


<p>A DFCA frequency can only be in one DFCA MA list, and DFCA MA lists
that contain adjacent frequencies must be of the same length.</p>


<p>The DFCA MA lists must be defined exactly the same in all BSCs of the
network. For details, see <em>Requirements for DFCA</em>, section <em>Frequency
band management</em> in <em>Dynamic Frequency and Channel Allocation in
BSC</em> in BSC/TSCM documentation.</p>
