<h1>Intelligent Frequency Hopping (IFH)</h1>

<p>With this feature we allow the use of frequency hopping
separately for the both layers of an IUO cell. By combining the benefits of
Intelligent Underlay Overlay and frequency hopping, we have a powerful radio
spectrum efficiency feature available. Additionally, we can enjoy the quality
benefits of frequency hopping in avoiding frequency dependent fading in radio
path.</p>


<p>For gradual rollout, it is possible to make only one or
the other of the IUO layers hopping. Both baseband hopping and RF hopping
methods will be supported, though only one method within a BCF.</p>
