Enter the trunking system id or any 4 digit hex number to refer to 
your system(s) as desired.  Each system id must be unique and FFFF 
is invalid.  The ceb id field is a multi-ceb identifier for SMARTNET 
systems that tells the location of the trunking system.  It is only
for reference on this screen. The TLINE and controller id are for
reference with a SMARTZONE system.
