DIGITAL SIG DEV ADJUST


  When the cursor is in this field the deviation for the Digital Signalling
  can be adjusted.  The number shown is the value that will be subtracted
  from the transmit deviation of the channel when transmitting Digital
  Signalling.  A value of 0 subtracts 0 from the radio transmit deviation and
  is the value that gives the highest deviation.  A value of -15 subtracts 15
  from the radio transmit deviation and is the value that gives the lowest
  deviation.
