The FTM WEB interface enables to perform some troubleshooting operations.
A short description of provided features can be found below.
A more detailed description can be found in the TRS User Manual Troubleshooting or in the TRS Manager's Online Help.
Note: The operations that are not permitted for read only users are indicated below
TML Parsing Result
With the TML parsing result option you can verify if the import of a configuration file was successful.
The parsing result is available on the TRS only directly after an aml file has been activated.

Download TRS Log file
Download the transport logs.
View TRS Log files
With the view TRS log files you can retrieve the log files from the TRS.
The logfiles are exclusively intended for advanced troubleshooting.
When you report problems with the TRS to Nokia, it is recommended to attach the log files.
View AutoConn Log files
View logs related to auto-connection procedures.
Bluetooth Verification
View configuration data related to bluetooth functionality.
Note: This operation is not permitted for a read only user.
Ping any host
You can ping from this TRS remote nodes, which are connected to the DCN.
For this specify the IP address of the remote node in the provided form and press the send button.
The results will be shown in the same window.
Reboot FZM
The reboot FZM feature provides easy means to reboot the FZM.
In rare cases this might help to solve problems.
Note that this feature requires a valid Username and Password.
During reboot all traffic on the interfaces will be interrupted.

Recover TRS
The recover TRS feature provides easy means to reset the TRS to factory defaults.
All existing configuration will be deleted.
Note: You should not use this button from remote connection, since the DCN configuration will get lost!

Run Time Trace
Run time trace selection and deselection.
Note: This operation is not permitted for a read only user.

SSH Service
The SSH Service feature enables/disables the SSH connection to TRS and also displays the status of the service.

R&D Port Service
The R&D ports Service feature enables/disables the R&D ports [15001:15005,15007] TCP connection to TRS and also displays the status of the service.
Note: This operation is not permitted for a read only user.
Local and Remote IP Traffic Capturing
Local and Remote IP Traffic Capturing feature enables us to start capturing/stop capturing/generate pcap file of captured packets/aborting pcap generation
of traffic at different capture points.
