COPYING and DISTRIBUTION of RRDS

Binary:

* The executable file RRDS.EXE and it's help-file are
  NON-COMMERCIAL-FREEWARE but NOT public domain.

* That means, if you don't make money with RRDS (see below), you
are allowed (and invited) to upload it on and FTP-Server and on
any Mailbox you want to if you upload the *Original* .ZIP-File, you
got from FTP.LEO.ORG, WWW.LEO.ORG or from the author (lorenzc@leo.org).

* That also means, you *must not* change and/or modify the contents of
the original .ZIP-Archive in any way ! You must not add any
commercial messages (e.g. commercials for your mailbox) and you must
  include *all* the files.

* If you want to make money with RRDS (e.g. selling it together with
  a FM-Card or with a RDS-Interface as a "Package with RDS-Software" or
something similar), you *must* contact the author before, so that
  he can also financially profit.

* Remember: Without permission of the author, you *must not* make *any*
financial profits with RRDS. You also *must not* change the original
  archive in *any* way !

Source-code:

* The source-code of RRDS is not to distributed at all !
So, if you get a copy of the source without my permission, you
*must* wipe it off all your disks and other data files.

* If you want to get a legal copy of the source code, please mail
  the author (lorenzc@leo.org)

* If you patch or modify the source-code, you *must* give the author
a copy of your code. And remember: the copyright does not change
except for those code-fragments, you've written.
As the original copying and distribution-policy is still valid,
you must not distribute even the patched RRDS-Source without
having the permission of the original author.

* Remember: the *only* way to get a legal source-code is to receive it
  from the author itself !!
