Fault Description

This fault will be thrown if the Placeholder Datastore Manager determines that a datastore should not be used as a placeholder datastore for a variety of reasons, for example, it becomes replicated or is not visible to all hosts in the cluster. This fault is a parent for several other faults, which determine the exact reason why this datastore should not be used as a placeholder datastore.
