The anchored dialog can be added to the stage using the
AnchoredDialogManager class, however it can also be added
directly as a child in the DisplayList.
The anchored dialog by default points to the anchorObject
if this property is set, otherwise it will point to the explicitly given
anchorPoint. The direction of this anchored dialog's pointer can
be managed from the pointerDirection property. The header can be
customized by showing or hiding Close, Minimize button and applying title
text.
