1. Fix CS-18 can not reconnect issue, which happened on Dongle re-plug out and into.
2. Add a USB patch to Modify speed throughput slower issue.
3. Support Nokia CS-18, Huawei E1831.
4. Modify web GUI spell issue.
5. Modify Bell U998D work flow.
6. Modify help GUI issue,that show error ssid infor.
7. Modify get error ssid issue,which click "reset unconfigured button".
8. Change APN profile as the attachment "APN_DIR-412-20100511.xls".
9. INTERNET Change MTU default data in 3G INTERNET CONNECTION to 1500.
10. Fixed  Russia PPTP or Russia PPPoE connection type donnot show the same type in the WAN connection type issue.
11. For Canada and USA shipment default Time Zone change to -8.
12. Support STATUS REFRESH,and user can see the change after changeing connection type.
