                   NDIS Driver Installation for 3Com 3+ Open

The following installation procedure assumes that you are using 3Com 3+ Open
and 3Com's 3C501 card:

1) Copy the DE620.DOS file into the C:\3OPEN\DOSWKSTA\LANMAN\DRIVERS directory.

2) Modify the corresponding device driver statement for the 3C501 card in your
   CONFIG.SYS as follows:

            device = c:\3open\doswksta\lanman\drivers\DE620.DOS

3) Modify the PROTOCOL.INI file as follows:

                    :
                drivername = DE620$
                    :

4) Reboot your system to affect the new configuration.
