                   NDIS Driver Installation for LAN MANAGER

The MS LAN Manager provides a SETUP.EXE program in the setup diskette for
specifying a driver for the Ethernet adapter.

To install a driver, follow these steps:

1. If you are installing LAN Manager for the first time, answer "Yes" when
   prompted for the importation of additional network drivers. This prompt
   appears right after completion of the workstation installation.

   If LAN Manager is already installed in your hard disk, select "Add New
   Config" from the Configuration menu.  Then, select "Other Driver".

2. Insert the driver diskette in Drive A and follow the instructions on the
   screen.  The SETUP program will copy the necessary NDIS driver programs from
   the driver diskette into your hard disk; that is, into the LAN Manager
   directory.

3. After completion of SETUP, your CONFIG.SYS file will be modified to reflect
   the NDIS driver programs.

4. Reboot your system to affect the changes.
