• Click "Download Driver" to immediatly download the newest complete driver set (self-extracting executable) for your adapter.

• Save the driver set file (dfe500tx.exe) to a temporary directory on your hard disk (C: is used in the instructions below). Using the command line, Run, or Windows Explorer launch the executable file.

• At the command prompt type:
  C:\temp_dir\dfe500tx.exe

• The driver set files will be extracted into a
  directory on the root of the drive with the name:
  C:\Dfe500tx

• Install is provided to assist ease of setup for users. Install will configure drivers, install the appropriate network drivers for popular network operating systems, and run diagnostics on DFE-500TX adapter.

• To run Install, simply run the program in the driver set directory:
  C:\Dfe500tx\Install.exe

• If the NOS (Network Operating System) you are using is not covered by the installing program, please refer to the individual documentation provided in each NOS directory.

• To create a driver diskette, copy all the files and sub directories in the driver set directory to a floppy disk.
